Cold Spring Kentucky (KY) Bankruptcy & Debt Relief Help

Not too long ago, I received a call from a former client.  I’ll use his initials, T.S., to protect his identity.

In the past, I’d helped him with a probate issue after his father had passed away.  Since his Dad was gone, he was in a bit of trouble with mounting debt.

His Dad had helped with the mortgage payment but he’d fallen behind on the payments and was in danger of losing his home in a nasty foreclosure process.  His pension was even being garnished.

He was able to live in his home for six months which allowed him to save up enough money for a down payment on a new land contract.  The remainder of his debts went away…and just as important, his pension was no longer being garnished.
